Golden Lemon orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Order confirmation and tracking number will be emailed to the email address provided at checkout once item has been shipped.
Please ensure your mailing address has been entered correctly prior to purchase. Golden Lemon Boutique is not responsible for packages lost/missing or sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.
We cannot control delays for shipping once your package has been sent. You may track your package via the Shipping Confirmation email we send after your order has shipped.
If an item is pre-order/on backorder, all items in your order will be shipped at once when all items are in stock.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is FREE for all U.S. orders over $75. All other orders will be processed according to the breakdown below:
United States:
- Free for orders $75+ (3-5 days)

$5 Flat Rate for orders under $75 (3-5 days)
- $10 Rush Priority Shipping (1-3 days)
Canada: $15.00 Standard Shipping (for most packages)
Some packages shipped to Canada may require another shipping payment if the cost to ship is over $20. Customers are responsible for all import duties and custom fees within their own country.
Packages sent to Canada are sent without insurance. If you would like your package to be insured, please contact us.
We currently we do not ship outside of the U.S. and Canada
Golden Lemon Boutique wants you to be happy with your purchase but understands that sometimes an item just doesn't jive--we've been there. We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you received them for a full refund {excluding shipping costs}. Read the return policy below and fill out this Return Form.

CLEARANCE / GRAB BAGS: All Clearance items and Grab Bags are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned*. If we receive FINAL SALE item(s) as a return, a $10 restocking fee will be charged.

SHOES: All shoes must be returned with the original shoe box packed inside a shipping bag or inside another box. Shoe returns received with shipping labels, stickers or tape on the original shoe box will be returned to sender.

SWIM: All swimwear must be returned with the sanitary liner in place in order to receive a refund. No exceptions.
Items must be returned in the same condition received. Items must have tags attached and show no sign of wear or odors. Items that meet the return policy will be credited via original method of payment. Items not found to be in original condition or received after the 14 day time frame will be sent back to the customer at their cost, with no refund issued.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days of date received. We will send you an email when the return has been processed. Please be aware that it may take an additional 3-5 days for the credit to appear on your credit card bill.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. We suggest you retain your tracking number and purchase insurance when shipping returns as Golden Lemon Boutique is not responsible for lost packages.

Damaged Items:
We doubt it will happen, but occasionally an item has a flaw from manufacturing. Any items that arrive flawed must be returned to our shop within 14 days for a full refund, no exceptions. Please Contact Us and we can advise you how to proceed.
